The Tampines Ave 11 GLS garnered considerable attention from a total of 3 developers, with the Capitaland-led’s consortium’s winning bid of S$1.206 billion reflecting a land rate of S$885 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr). This competitive price signifies the strong interest in developing high-quality residential projects within Tampines and the Outside Central Region (OCR).

Parktown Residence is a mixed-use development consisting of commercial and residential development, integrated with a bus interchange, a community club and a hawker centre. It will also be linked to the future Tampines North MRT Station and Cross Island line. The site is also close to another 2 EC sites, Tenet and Aurelle. Both of these EC sites are located along Tampines St 62.
